1. Product usage training:

Our medical ane marketing representatives and technical engineers are always ready to provide personal and professional training to the user.

 

2. Institutional/Clinical training:

Our experts in related fields as per the products categories will be ready to conduct systematic training after installation of each equipment or personal training to personal health diagnostics products.

 

In addition to lifelong care of equipment safety, we provide full series institutional solution under our various product category, by providing comprehensive knowledge training to use the equipment in well manner with safety protocols.

 

3. Installation & Demonstration:

The installation of the product will be done by our experienced technical engineer/staff as per the requirements. The demonstration will be provided to the concerned medical personnel and doctors for the total understanding of the operation of the products.

 

4. After Sales Service / Spare parts availability:

Since we are an authorized importer of all these products in our official portal, and import these products directly from the respective manufacturer, there will not be a problem in availability of spare parts if needed during support anytime in future.

 

5. Warranty:

Generally, warranty period depends on the types of each equipment (normally either 6 months, 1 year or 2 years for main machine) which includes spare parts replacement (including 6 months general warranty for reusable accessories unless wear & tear); from the date of installation against any manufacturing defects of the product.

The liability under warranty period will be limited to either repairing for free of charge or provide free replacement in exchange of the defective parts during warranty period. The warranty is applicable only if the equipment is used in the way prescribed by the manufacturer. The Accidental/Manual damage to any part or accessories of the equipment will not be covered under this warranty; and the regular day-to-day consumables and sensors are not included in the warranty.
